Isen ligger ei mil eller s\u00e5 utover havet her og noen sn\u00f8byger kommer og g\u00e5r. Bakken er for det meste dekket av sn\u00f8 rundt p\u00e5 stasjonen men det blir st\u00f8rre og st\u00f8rre bare flekker i terrenget. Trekkfuglene har stort sett kommet hit, spesielt har gjessene bes\u00f8kt \u00f8ya de siste ukene. Vi har observert flokker av kortnebbg\u00e5s og kvitkinng\u00e5s. I g\u00e5r kveld klarte vi \u00e5 forevige noen kvitkinngjess p\u00e5 foto<br \/>\n. Da har vi ikke sett noen rev siden &laquo;stasjonsreven&raquo; i desember, kun masse spor. Det er fortsatt godt med sn\u00f8 selv om den er r\u00e5tten enkelte steder, men frostnetter gir en fin skareoverflate \u00e5 gli p\u00e5. \u00c5 g\u00e5 nordover p\u00e5 Bj\u00f8rnstranda er en fin runde \u00e5 ta, med flott utsikt opp mot skavlene av sn\u00f8 p\u00e5 kanten av Koller og fuglefjellet nord for stranda. Der er det et yrende fugleliv for tida. Bj\u00f8rn Ove tenkte seg en tur opp p\u00e5 det h\u00f8yeste fjellet p\u00e5 \u00f8ya, Iversenfjellet, s\u00f8ndag kveld da sola kom fram. P\u00e5 vei opp p\u00e5 Werenskioldfjellet kom t\u00e5ka sigende inn slik at han m\u00e5tte snu p\u00e5 toppen av Werenskioldfjellet. P\u00e5 bildet under kan du se at det g\u00e5r an \u00e5 ha det artig i de naturlige akebakkene p\u00e5 \u00f8ya. Isen ligger ei mil eller s\u00e5 utover havet her og noen sn\u00f8byger kommer og g\u00e5r. Bakken er for det meste dekket av sn\u00f8 rundt p\u00e5 stasjonen men det blir st\u00f8rre og st\u00f8rre bare flekker i terrenget. Trekkfuglene har stort sett kommet hit, spesielt har gjessene bes\u00f8kt \u00f8ya de siste ukene. Vi har observert flokker av kortnebbg\u00e5s og kvitkinng\u00e5s. I g\u00e5r kveld klarte vi \u00e5 forevige noen kvitkinngjess p\u00e5 foto .
