Dekk godt med\nkrydderblandingen. S\u00f8rg for at alle deler av kj\u00f8ttet er dekket.<\/li><li>La kj\u00f8ttet ligge i krydderblandingen i 2 d\u00f8gn.<\/li><li>Ta ut kj\u00f8ttet og skyll av krydderblandingen.<\/li><li>T\u00f8rk kj\u00f8ttet godt med kj\u00f8kkenpapir.<\/li><li>Legg kj\u00f8ttet p\u00e5 rist og la det st\u00e5 uten \u00e5 v\u00e6re\ndekket til p\u00e5 kj\u00f8l i minst 3 uker. Kan st\u00e5 \u00e5 t\u00f8rke opptil 3 m\u00e5neder.
