De nederste bladene er flikete og kileformet mot stilken. De \u00f8vre bladene er mer avrundet og rundtakket. Det er som regel 1-2 blader p\u00e5 hver stengel. Blomsten er 1-2 cm bred, svovelgul med 5 kronblad og 5 kraftig brunlodne begerblad.
